A court in Karachi has rejected an appeal to extend the physical remand former chairman of Pakistan Steel Mills Moin Aftab Sheikh who is accused in charges of corruption. The court has directed the authority to transfer Moin Aftab to jail.Moin Aftab was presented in the court of Judicial Magistrate Ghulam Farooq Sheikh where the FIA officials informed the court that a new case of corruption of Rs 12 billion has been filed against the convict so an extension of physical remand has been requested but the court has rejected the appeal for extension and sent the convict to jail till January 27.
