Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Nahid Khan and Shahzada Kusar Gilani have been charged of demonstrating in High court. The court has accepted the application filed by Federal Minister for Water and Power Raja Pervaiz Ashraf for his unavailability during the proceedings of the case due to his busy schedule. Nahid Khan and Shahzada Kausar Gillian were present when the case proceeding began under Civil judge Rai Afzal Kharal and Federal Minister for Water and Power Raja Pervaiz Ashraf arrived later in tight security to the court in Rawalpindi. The three of them have been convicted.Later speaking to the media Raja Pervaiz said that he was unaware of the proceedings during that time, and his name was only included because he is a senior leader of PPP. Raja also said he was imprisoned for 9 months under the act of terrorism. Nahid Khan said that fake cases were prepared against her however she said she would prove that she has only been punished due to the fact that she is an important worker at the party.
