Missing persons' case a big challenge:SC

Justice Javed Iqbal has termed the missing persons case as a big challenge, adding that the was not afraid of any consequences in this regard.Justice Javed gave these remarks during the hearing of missing persons case, which was being held today.Justice Javed said that duty of the court was not to protect the breachers of law and constitution but to recover the missing people.He added hearing of the said case would be conducted every two days a week,i.e on Wednesday and Thursday.During the hearing, Attorney General Anwar Masood told the court that a special desk has been formed in the interior ministry to facilitate relatives of the missing persons.Masood also told the court that no development has been taken place regarding recovery of a missing person Masood Janjua so far.On this, Justice Raja Fiaz remarked that it was a complete failure on part of administrative machinery.
