PPP leader Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan said that 8,039 persons would have no cover under NRO except President Zardari and Governor Sindh.Speaking to media in Lahore, he said that President and Governors cannot be prosecuted under Article 248 of the Constitution as long as they are holding office. He said that when Prime Minister consulted me on NRO, I recommended him that the verdict of the Supreme Court must be implemented in letter and spirit.While talking to Dunya News, Aitzaz Ahsan said that probably President Zardari does not need me now, and if he asks me to prosecute the case, I will refuse to do so.
