The security forces killed eight more terrorists while one soldier was martyred and three others injured during an encounter in last 24 hours in operation Rah-e-Nijaat in South Wazirsitan. According to ISPR on Monday, in Jandola sector, security forces carried out search and clearance operation at Shiekh Yousaf Adda and apprehended two suspected terrorists. In Shakai sector, security forces recovered cache of arms and ammunition. Security forces cleared area around Katori Sar including Jangwam and eight terrorists were killed during encounter with security forces. In Razmak sector, terrorists fired with small arms on a check post at Pash Zairat, resultantly one soldier was martyred and 3 sustained injuries.In operation Rah-e-Rast in Swat, security forces apprehended six suspected terrorists while four terrorists voluntarily surrendered to security forces. Regarding relief activities, as many as 29,263 cash cards have been issued to displaced families of Waziristan.
