Summary Chairman PTI says government-IMF deal responsible for recent price hike.

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Talking to media persons here Saturday Chairman PTI Imran Khan said war or dialogue were the only means for restoring peace.

“We have been trying to secure peace through war for the last nine years but without any success,” he said.

Underscoring the importance of dialogue with the Taliban, Imran said during the nine years of war against terror the number of terrorists groups had increased from one to 30.

He said enemies of Pakistan did not want peace in the country and were creating obstacles in the process of talks with the Taliban.

“We must also probe who is patronizing the 30 Taliban groups,” he said.

Imran reiterated his stance that government and Taliban must announce ceasefire before the talks.

He said govt’s deal with IMF was responsible for the inflation in the country.
