RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) Prosecutor Amir Nadim has written third letter to police for completion of challan against former military general Pervez Musharraf in Judges Detention Case.
According to sources, the letter says police did not complete challan against Musharraf despite two letters already have been dispatched in this regard.
It also has been said in the letter that Pervez Musharraf’s plea for acquittal is being affected by this delay.
The copies of aforesaid letter also have been dispatched to SSP, SP City, SP Legal and SHO secretariat police station as well.
