KARACHI (Dunya News) - Sindh Minister of Information Sharjeel Inam Memon on Wednesday said that the government has formed a committee to implement the court’s order regarding Local bodies’ elections.
Memon said that the government has written letters and asked for suggestions from all parties including the nationalist parties.
While giving briefing, the minister hinted that local body elections would be held under the 1979 system but with a promise to make necessary amendments to it.
