Summary Ayaz Sadiq has warned of serious consequences for those found guilty.

 

ISLAMABAD (Online) - Charging Public Accounts Committee staff with gross irregularities, Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq has warned of serious consequences for those found guilty after certain claimed future disclosures.

 

During a meeting held with PAC, at which Speaker NA was briefed about modalities, schedules of PAC, Ayaz Sadiq charged PAC staff with gross irregularities, about which written complaints had been submitted in writing.

 

This included indulging in property business, allotment of plots, dealings over auditory objections, their sale, gratification of personal favoritism, deliberately ‘misplacement’ of files etc.

 

The Speaker warned that there would be very some very serious disclosures the next week, while sources have also disclosed that Speaker NA was willing to trust none.

 

An OSD has been delegated to carry out more investigations in this regard, which has created a wave of panic, apprehensions among PAC staff members.

 

During Speaker’s former PAC membership, he is known to had accused a Balochistan member of manipulating committee’s directives, and audit files were often ‘misplaced, lost’; without exactly pointing out the title of audit files, and nature of directives , neglected, changed.
