Summary Punjab measles death toll rises to 116.
LHAORE (Dunya News) - The outbreak has claimed lives of nine more children in Lahore, alarming the authorities to necessary measures to bring the situation under control.
According to sources, five minors died in Children Hospital, three others passed away in Mayo Hospital and another child died in Jinnah Hospital.
Health Department officials are of the view that situation will be brought under control after two or three weeks when children are get proper anti-measles vaccination.
Tall claims of the government have proved futile as the disease of measles could not be controlled.
