Summary PML-N chief Nawaz sharif likely to be elected as new prime minister.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk): Consultations among the political parties have entered the final stage to form governments at centre and all the four provinces.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), which bagged 125 seats in the National Assembly, has emerged as the single largest party after independent candidates joined it.
Election on women seats under proportionate system is expected to take its strength in the Lower House up to 190 seats.
Although PML-N is comfortable to form new government at centre yet it is following the strategy of reconciliation and it has initiated dialogue with small parties in all the four provinces to form a broad-based national government.
The proposed government could devise a comprehensive strategy to overcome challenges being faced by the country.
As the situation has become clear‚ Nawaz sharif will be elected as new PM and hold this office for third time which will be a new history.
