Summary PPP leader Syed Khurshid Ali Shah says no party can remain in government for ever.
ISLAMABAD: In a s statement on Saturday, Senior PPP leader Syed Khurshid Shah said ups and downs in politics are part of democracy.
“PML-N government will have to face serious challenges during its tenure, and PPP will offer its cooperation in matters of national interest.
“If any amendment in constitution is required in the better interest of the country PPP will extend its support to PML-N,” he said.
He said PPP was a democratic party and wished that the democratic process continues.
“Though there are many questions marks about the fairness of the elections but PPP welcomes the new setup because it wants the democratic process to continue.”
Meanwhile, Presidential Spokesman Farhatullah has said that president would summon NA session after receiving summary from Na secretariat.
NA source said independents will decide joining political parties before Monday.
The National Assembly Secretariat sources expect the session might be summoned on May 28.
