QUETTA (Dunya News) – Lawyers staged protest and held a rally from District Courts to Governor House against the abduction of Balochistan’s former advocate general Salahuddin Mengal. The lawyers shouted slogans against the government and law enforcement agencies and demanded Mengal’s recovery.
Former Balochistan advocate general Salahuddin Mengal was kidnapped in broad daylight from Saryab Road on April 3.
The police said that five unidentified armed men traveling in a vehicle intercepted his vehicle near his house when he was returning home from the High Court along with his younger brother and kidnapped him.
