QUETTA (Dunya News) – Balochitsn High Court on Tuesday suspended the prison term of former member of provincial assembly Ali Madad Jattak in fake degree case.
Ali Madad Jattak had filed a petition in BHC challenging his sentence given by trial court in fake degree case.
Ali Madad Jatak had been sentenced to a two years prison term and fined 10 thousand rupees by the court few days ago, after which he moved Balochistan High Court against the sentence.
