ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry took suo moto notice of the Abbas Town blast incident on the note of Registrar Supreme Court.
The note by the Registrar SC mentioned that no government official came to the rescue of the affected people while, according to reports, the law enforcement agencies were busy in providing security to the VIPs in a private ceremony.
The note further said that the Balochistan government was sacked after blasts in Quetta.
It is worth mentioning here that 48 people were killed and more than 140 were injured in a bomb blast in Abbas Town area of Karachi on Sunday.
