Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has resolved not to present NRO in parliament after the MQM and other parties decided to oppose it, reported Dunya News. A high level meeting of PPP office bearers was held at the President House under the chair of Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani and President Asif Ali Zardari. Presidential spokesman Farhatullah Babar said that after consultations decision was taken not to present NRO in the parliament. According to spokesman, NRO will not be presented in any session of the house. President Zardari n the meeting said that PPP believed in democracy and public strength. PPP came into power on the basis of public power and will keep public interest above all other interests. PPP is a democracy friendly party and will take allied parties and others on the board, President maintained.
