KARACHI: CNG stations across Sindh have resumed supply at 8 am on Friday after 72 hours closure.

 

The CNG filling stations across were closed for three days under gas load management program. Long queues of vehicles were witnessed at the gas stations while public transport remained thin on the roads due to unavailability of CNG.

 

Meanwhile the commuters, motorists and public transport owners continue to suffer for the non-availability of CNG.

 

People were forced to travel on rooftops of the few plying public transports, while the taxi and rickshaw drivers, trading on miseries, charged high fares from the needy commuters trying to reach their place of duty in time or the patients being rushed to the hospitals.

 

According to officials, the load shedding is being carried out due to the low pressure of gas.
