Federal Minister for Information and Broadcast Qamar Zaman Kaira said on Tuesday that President Asif Ali Zardari wanted continuity of parliamentary system and was willing to reduce presidential powers.Talking in an interview the federal information minister maintained that President Zardari desired stability of the parliamentary system. He said President of Pakistan wanted to extradite some of his powers to the parliament. Kaira said there was no rift between Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). There is no threat to the present democratic system either, he added.
