Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani says that people havent read the Kerry-Lugar Bill yet and he will call on the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) after the debate on the bill completes in the parliament, Dunya News Friday reported. Talking to media in Muzaffarabad, the PM told that the foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi would remove the apprehension on the US aid in the parliament. The PM observed that US was also monitoring the criticism being done in Pakistan. If the bill sounds appropriate it is fine otherwise nobody gives aid forcibly, the PM opined. Pakistan is an independent country and the parliament is sovereign, the PM added. He termed Malakand Operation successful, adding that terrorists were surrendering to the forces. The PM Gilani informed that foreign investment wouldnt come to Pakistan until the law and order situation improved.
