The opposition members stoutly criticized the Kerry-Lugar bill on second consecutive day in the National Assembly while the ruling MNAs defended the bill saying that the United States had talked about the supremacy of the parliament and civil institutions. During the question answer session, Federal Minister for Petroleum and Privatization Naveed Qamar told that daily consumption of natural gas was 4 billion cubic feet, adding that countrys natural gas resources would finish in next 20 years if the same ratio continued. Minister of State for Communication Imtiaz Safdar Warraich told the House that Rs 19.05 billion of revenue had been received through Motorway M-2. The National Assembly session will resume at 10:30 am on Friday.
