Foreign Office spokesman said that it is not necessary to accept all the terms of Kerry-Lugar Bill and Prime Ministers statement is enough in this regard. During a weekly briefing in Islamabad, Foreign Office Spokesman Dr. Abdul Basit said that Kerry-Lugar Bill is not a two side agreement. He stressed that national interests would be protested with every possible way. Legislation of this bill is done by the US, he revealed. The spokesman said that President Obama can return the bill for review. On the other hand, a top US official said that Armys reservations on Kerry-Lugar Bill can not affect the Zardaris government.
