Balochistan High Court (BHC) has ordered to register a case against the accused of Akbar Bugtis killing including Pervez Musharraf. The court has also ordered to exhume the body of Nawab Akbar Bugti for DNA test. The application seeking the registration of case of Akbar Bugtis killing was filed by his son Jameel Akbar Bugti. It was demanded in the application to register FIR against Former President Pervez Musharraf, Former PM Shaukat Aziz, Former Interior Minister Aftab Ahmad Sherpao, Former CM Balochistan Mir Jaam Yousaf and Former Provincial Interior Minister Mir Shoaib Nosherwani. After the application, the court issued the notices to these persons. A single bench led by Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Qazi Faez Isa heard the case today. Lawyer of Former Interior Minister Sherpao in his arguments in the court said that Dera Bugti operation was not ordered by the Interior Minister Sherpao. He said that Musharraf was responsible for the killing of Akbar Bugti. After lawyers remarks, Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Qazi Faez Isa directed SHO Dera Bugti to register a case against the above-mentioned persons.
