Summary CDA chairman Farkhand Iqbal has refused to relinquish the office despite Prime Ministers order.
Prime Minister issued orders for changing chairman CDA Farkhand Iqbal and all the members of board and this development was also notified. But Farkhand Iqbal refused to quit the office blatantly and discharged the duties on Tuesday.He also inducted over 25 favorites in various posts. He also directed HRD section to issue notification of these appointments within a day.According to sources, Farkhand Iqbal issued orders related to important files. Sources further said retaining the office by Farkhand Iqbal despite Prime Minister’s orders is illegal and the subordinates should not comply with his orders.Sources said that Farkhand Iqbal told his all officers in categorical term that no one could remove him from his seat therefore, his orders be complied with.
