Summary CID Police raided FC Area and Maripur and arrested 2 militants of banned Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan.
The arrested militants are accused of target-killings, attempted murder, robbery, and several cases of extortion.According to details, SSP Operations, CID Sindh, Fayyaz Khan headed the team that raided Block 22 of FC area, and Maripur Road and arrested Shah Alam Mehsood son of Jallaad Khan and Muhammad Sadiq Mehsood, son of Muhammad Salman, recovering a hand-grenade and three TT pistols from them.Police says the two militants revealed during investigation that they belong to TTP, and are involved in extortion. When the extortion is not given to them, they target the factory-owners and pressurise them to pay a huge amount.A case was also filed in FB Industrial area against them and revelation about more crimes is expected from the two militants.
