Summary Lahore High Court Rawalpindi bench has announced verdict of Bahria Town land case.
The petition seeking transfer of case to NAB has been referred to the lower court for further investigation.The LHC Rawalpindi bench had reserved the verdict against investigation of Anti Corruption Department regarding the case of land measuring 1400 kanal on the petition moved by Malik Riaz Hussain.Special bench comprising Justice Shahid Hamid and Justice Mehmood Maqbool conducted hearing of the case and announced its verdict.The petition seeking transfer of Bahria Town land case to the NAB has been referred to Special Court for Anti Corruption.
