Summary Equal relief package will be given to South Punjab and Balochistan, says PM.
Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has announced a relief package worth two billion rupees for the rain and flood affectees of Sindh.The PM visited rain and flood hit areas of the province on Sunday and directed to immediately release of seven hundred and ten million rupees for the relief to flood affected persons. He directed to arrange twenty five thousand tents for the shelter of people rendered homeless due to rains. The Prime Minister said there should be no discrimination in the disbursement of funds and every child‚ woman and old person should be provided assistance in the affected areas. Raja Pervez Ashraf said South Punjab and Balochistan would be given an equal relief package.
