Summary Government has approved increase in petroleum and CNG prices by Rs 6.82 per litre.
After the approval, the new prices will be as under:Petrol Rs 106.72 per litre after increase of Rs 6.82 per litre, High Octaine Rs 137.96, Kerosene oil Rs 104.68, High Speed Diesel Rs 113.77 and Light Speed Diesel Rs 99.27, while CNG price has been increased by Rs 6.2 per kilogram.The price of High Speed Diesel (HSD) has been decreased by decreased by Rs 1.75 per litre.New prices will be affective from September 17 while the notification has been issued in this regard.
