Bannu: Suicide attack on police station kills10, injures 58

At least 10 people were killed and 58 injured in a suicide car blast on Bannu Police station Saturday morning, reported Dunya News. Police said that suicide attacker blew up the explosive laden vehicle inside Thana Mandan resulting in a powerful blast which completely demolished the building of the police station. The blast sound was heard in surroundings. The deceased include one detainee while 20 police officials and 15 citizens are injured. The injured have been shifted to the hospital while 10 of them are said to be in critical condition. The locals are taking out the injured and dead bodies from the debris. Police told that body parts of the attacker had been found. NWFP Chief Minister Amir Hiader Hoti has condemned the blast.
