Summary Federal Govt has filed an application in the LHC to be made party in dual office case.
The federal government has filed an application in the Lahore High Court (LHC) to become a party in the President Zardari’s dual office case. The hearing on the application will be held today.A larger bench of the Lahore High Court, headed by Chief Justice, will start hearing of President Zardari’s dual office case today. Former chairman Senate, Wasim Sajjad, is representing Federal Government in the case. The counsel of the Federal Government has now filed an application to be made party in the said case.
