Darul Qaza to be set up in Malakand soon: Owais Ghani

Governor NWFP Owais Ghani said that number of Sharia courts would be increased in Malakand and Darul Qaza would also be established in few days. He rejected the possibility of talks with the militants because they challenged the writ of the government. Addressing an Iftar dinner in Peshawar, the Governor NWFP said that situation was improving in FATA and Malakand. However, action could be taken against the militants everywhere and safety of the country would not be compromised. Owais Ghani said that the Parliament should solve the issue of changing NWFPs name as Pakhtoonkhawa, and Parliaments decision would be accepted in this regard.
