Balochistan High Court has summoned former President Pervez Musharraf and former Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz along with other key officials of last regime in the next hearing of Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case set for October 7. Ex-federal Interior Minister Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao, former Chief Minister Balochistan Jaam Yousuf and former Interior Minister Balochistan Shoaib Nosherwani were also summoned by the court. The petition was filed by Jamil Akbar Bugti for the registration of the FIR in murder of his father Nawab Akbar Bugti. Earlier Jamils petition was rejected by the Sibbi session court saying that it could be registered in Kohlu session or high court.
