Summary Lahore High Court has granted bail to four doctors accused of murder of an innocent kid.
The court has also ordered that doctors would never go on strike.About 1.5-year-old kid’s death case was heard in the LHC which imposed ban on doctors’ strike for ever. The LHC has ordered that doctors that they would consult the court in case of any grudge or violation of their rights.The counsel on the part of doctors assured the court that they would consult the court for solution of their rights.Later the court ordered to release four doctors named Adil, Matloob, Usman and Tajammal on bail.At this, father of the 1.5-year-old victim while issuing statement in the court shed tears from his eyes with agony of intensity of sadness.During hearing of the case, the court made it clear that either it is young doctors or Punjab government, they are bound to follow the court order; otherwise, stern action would be taken against them.
