Summary Bail plea of Aslam Madiana, key accused in teacher torture case of Sargodha accepted.
Additional session judge of Sargodha has ordered to release Aslam Madhiana as soon as he submits bail bond of Rs. 100,000.Despite his bail plea accepted by session judge, he was not released as he was on judicial remand after being arrest due to his involvement in illegal land possession and wood theft case.Earlier, Alsam Mudhiana was arrested for attacking the lawyer of victimized school teacher Nafees Khan. Former PPP MPA Aslam Madhiana was accused of subjecting a teacher, Nafees Khan, to physical torture and breaking his legs.
