Lahore High Court Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial resumed the hearing of court contempt case.Religious Affairs joint secretary submitted his unconditional apology.The LHC chief stated that you (joint secretary) should think before declaring the courts verdict biased, adding that the court was only performing its duty.There was no tax collection system in the country and the ministry did not follow the tax law, the court observed.The court reserved the verdict on court contempt case and adjourned the hearing of Hajj Policy case for a week.
