Summary

The differences between Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) have intensified once again following which PML-N has given 48hours to PPP for mending its ways. PML-N Central Information Secretary Ahsan Iqbal accused that all the ways of character assassination went to the presidency. On the other hand Presidential Spokesman Farahatullah Baber has refuted the accusations. PML-Ns ultimatum makes no difference. Presidential House is not involved in any conspiracy, Babar maintained. Separately, PML-Q President Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain claimed that PML-N would keep working on the same salary even after 48 hours. Addressing a press conference in Islamabad he opined that people had to suffer loss in the PMLN-PPP tussle. Hussain believed that the clash between the two parties also adversely affected the countrys politics. The government should constitute a parliamentary committee to identify sugar and flour thieves. It should speak about flour instead of article 6, Hussain suggested.
