Summary The petition was submitted by Munir Ahmed in Lahore High Court on Tuesday.
The petitioner objected to unjust distribution of Hajj quote to the private tour operators saying that some of the companies were tax-defaulters.He further stated that Rs 360 million tax was paid after court ordered to cancel license of these companies.This move clarifies that federal government has remained non-transparent in the process, thus, the policy should be declared illegal, the petitioner wrote.
