Four PCO judges of Sindh High Court (SHC) have filed review petitions against the Supreme Court (SC) decision. Justice Muneeb Ahmed Khan, Justice Nadeem Azhar Siddiqui, Justice Yasmeen Abbasi and Justice Mrs Qaisar Iqbal have filed the review petition. The petitioners have maintained that they were not heard in the case and meted out discriminatory attitude. The judges appealed that they should also be given a chance like Justice Agha Rafiq Ahmad Khan and Justice Zahid Hussain. The petitioners said that they couldnt know about the SC decision neither the SHC informed them about it. From our homes, we were taken to the Governor House on November 03 Morning where we took oath. Had we known about the SC decision we would have never taken oath, the petitioners said.
