Pakistan Muslim League Quaid-e-Azam (PML-Q) leader Faisal Saleh Hayat said PPP and PML-N did not have courage to try Pervez Musharraf for treason. Addressing Meet the Press in Lahore, he said both the parties were not willing for Musharrafs trial. Faisal Saleh said NRO (National Reconciliation Ordinance) came into existence as a result of a deal between Musharraf and Benazir Bhutto (Late). There is a lot of difference between todays Peoples Party and the party that used to be in the past, he added. Former minister questioned if Lal Masjid incident or Akbar Bugtis murder was PML-Q governments responsibility then why present government did not held them accountable. He maintained that if former rival parties can regroup then having contact with Musharraf should not be a problem.
