Summary Supreme Court rejected petition moved by counsel of Malik Riaz for formation of larger bench.
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry Chaudhry conducted hearing of the petition moved by Zahid Bukhari who requested to the court that the matter is very sensitive and two-member bench is insufficient for hearing.He requested that the court should order to constitute a larger bench so that the case may be heard properly.Chief Justice, after hearing the counsel for Malik Riaz, rejected the petition which sought formation of larger bench.
