Summary Supreme Court disposed of Election Commissions petition against Wahida Shah, by referring to SHC.
Three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chuadhry conducted hearing of the petition filed by the Election Commission case against suspension of Wahida Shah’s ineligibility.According to the court orders, the matter is under consideration in Sindh High Court, parties would appear in the Sindh High Court Karachi on June 11.The Supreme Court has disposed of the case with the direction that the case should be settled within two weeks.
