Summary Plea filed for quick hearing of reference regarding ineligibility of PM has been referred to CEC.
According to the petition moved by Advocate Aftab Bajwa, the reference had been referred to Election Commission Punjab but no final decision has been taken in this regard.It was also requested to the Chief Election Commission that the reference should be conducted on quick basis for final verdict.It was also said in the reference that the Supreme Court had declared the Prime Minister convicted; now he is not eligible for office.
