Summary Sindh High Court replies back to provincial government.
Earlier, the Sindh government requested Sindh High Court to nominate a judge of High Court to carry out a judicial inquiry over the firing on a rally in Karachi and murder of Jiye Sindh Muttahida Muhaz (JSMM) central leader Muzaffar Bhutto.In a reply, High Court registrar told government that inquiry should be conducted under the supervision of a session judge under the law.Therefore, relevant session judges should be contacted for both incidents.
