PM withdraws Pulpotos appointment

Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has withdrawn the decision to appoint Rasul Bux Phulpoto as the acting chairman of the Pakistan Steel Mills (PSM). Managing Director Phulpoto was appointed as acting PSM Chairman after the former chairman Moin Aftab was sacked. PM Gilani withdrawing the appointment revealed he was not taken into confidence before the decision. Currently, Phulpoto occupies the designations of managing director, director commercial, director marketing and director admin. His appointment was suspicious for being a part of former chairmans team. Sources revealed it is also likely that the corruption charges against him are investigated.
