Summary Lahore High Court has ordered Sargodhas Aanti Terrorism Court to stop hearing teacher torture case.
During the hearing in Lahore High Court, Aslam Mudhiana stated that he could not find a lawyer for himself due to the ongoing strike called by lawyers of Sargodha Bar Council. He requested the court to shift the case to any local court of Lahore, adding that lower court should be barred from hearing the case till the verdict is being announced on petition.Admitting the petition for hearing, the court sought reply form prosecutor general on June 7 and ordered to stop anti-terrorism court of Sargodha from further holding proceedings in teacher torture case.PPP former MPA Aslam Midhyana along with his accomplices allegedly attacked 60-year-old school teacher Nafees Ahmad Khan in Sargodha.
