Summary Memo commissions secretary submitted forensic report during session.

The session of memo commission headed by Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa concluded at the Islamabad High Court on Friday.Justice Faez Isa announced that the commission had completed its proceedings and only one in camera hearing remained to be held.The commissions secretary Raja Jawad -- while submitting forensic report -- informed that eight companies had been contacted for the forensic examination of Mansoor Ijazs Blackberry handset.The secretary further said that two experts from the chosen company had analysed the handset in his presence.During session, Haqqani’s counsel Zahid Bukharri did not appear before the commission.On this, counsel for Mansoor Ijaz, Barrister Akram Shaikh told the court that Haqqani’s lawyer Zahid Bukhari had issued a statement to the media about boycotting the commissions hearing, however, his client was ready to cooperate with the commission.Justice Isa stated that no written application was submitted by Haqqanis lawyer in this regard.The commission will now forward its report to the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
