The teachers earlier announced to hold strike for three consecutive days against the alleged hooliganism of Islami Jamiat Talaba (IJT).After the notice being taken by chief minister Shahbaz Sharif, heavy contingents of police have been deployed in the vicinity of Punjab University in Lahore.Police took several people in custody during last nioght’s raid on university hostels.Meanwhile, student organization has taken out a rally form Nasir Bagh till High Court to protest the killing of their companion.
