An FIR against former president Pervez Musharraf has been filed in secretariat police station Islamabad on allegations of illegal confinement of 60 judges. Additional session judge Muhammad Akmal Khan had directed to file the FIR. The petition stated that Pervez Musharraf illegally confined 60 judges and their families on November 3, 2007. SHO secretariat police station had accepted the application from the plaintiff Aslam Ghumman advocate yesterday.
