PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif says that no resolution is required to run a case against former president Pervez Musharraf, adding that to have consensus for taking action against Musharraf is equal to defend him. Addressing a ceremony in connection with the Independence Day in Dubai he said that democracy couldnt strengthen in the country because of dictatorships continuation. He said that it would be regrettable if the remnants of dictatorship were not removed. He said that defending constitution was duty of every Pakistani and added that taking oath under PCO of some dictator was nothing but a treachery. He said that despite demands the 17th amendments was still intact. He said that an independent commission should be formed to investigate into the murder of Nawab Akbar Bugti.
