Summary The three Hindu girls who embraced Islam have decided to live with their husbands.

A three member bench comprising Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Tariq Pervez was hearing an application moved by Pakistan Hindu Council. The Supreme Court had allowed Faryal (Rinkle Kumari), Haleema (Asha Kumari) and Hafsa (Dr Lata) to decide their own fate and let the court know where they wanted to live. Granting permission to newly converted Muslim girls to move freely, the Supreme Court asked them to record their statements whether to live with their in-laws or parents to the registrar.After their statement, the girls decided to live with their husbands according to their freewill. Having embraced Islam, Rinkal kumari, Latta Kumari and Asha Kumari changed their names as Faryal Bibi, Doctor Hafza and Haleema.
