Summary Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani has said that there would be no compromise on nuclear deterrents.
He said this while chairing a meeting of Defence Cabinet Committee in Islamabad.The Committee reviewed Pak-US affairs and other issues in details particularly on-going rescue operation at Gayari.All the three heads of armed forces, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Khalid Shamim Waen, Director General Military Operations Major Gen Ashfaq Nadeem and DG ISI Lieutenant Gen Zaheerul Islam were also present.Prime Minister said that review of Pakistan ties with the US is outstanding progress.At the outset‚ the meeting offered prayers for safety of those trapped under avalanche in Giyari. It also prayed for success of the rescue operation.
